What is the legal dispute between Miguel Polo Polo and Gustavo Bolívar?

Tensions continue between Congressman Miguel Polo Polo and the current director of the Department of Social Prosperity, Gustavo Bolívar, due to the criminal complaint filed by the former senator for alleged libel and slander. The process would go to the last instance, taking into account that Bolívar would not be willing to accept any retraction.
