The statement does not specify to which authority the complaint will be submitted.

French Sports Minister Amélie Oudéa-Castéra has called the chants against French footballers heard in a video posted on the Instagram profile of Argentine media outlet Enzo Fernández as he celebrated with his colleagues the Copa América they won on Sunday “pathetic.”
