The Las Vegas criminal seen in a violent courtroom video punching a judge after lunging at her bench appeared before her again Monday, this time in shackles, orange gloves and a full-face hood.

Deobra Redden, 30, was led into Clark County District Court Judge Mary Kay Holthus’ courtroom under heavy guard shortly after 9:30 a.m. local time to continue her sentencing hearing for an earlier attack with a bat baseball.

The original hearing was adjourned last Wednesday while he “supervised the courtroom,” according to Jerry Wiese, the court’s chief judge, description of the now-viral attack.

On Monday, Holthus, 62, finally succeeded in sentencing his attacker to 19 to 48 months in prison for the original baseball bat attack last April.

During the three-minute hearing, he made it clear that he was not “emphasizing or changing” the sentence in the wake of his ordeal in court.

Redden, who already has a lengthy criminal record, did not speak as he was surrounded by several sheriff’s deputies.
