Without mincing words! Margarita Rosa de Francisco gave her opinion on the re-elections in Venezuela

The leader, who has more than two million followers on X, gave her opinion on the situation in Venezuela, apparently comparing what happened with the re-elections of Alvaro Uribe Velez(2002 to 2010), and his predecessor and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Juan Manuel Santoswho governed from 2010 to 2018.

“Here is my arrogant opinion as a citizen: having a ruler for so many years is not revolutionary. I rather believe in a political project that goes further and that is refined and renewed with other people, other leaders, individuals who produce fresh thinking, outside the box,” he began.

Finally, the actress pointed out: “Here only rulers of the right against the Constitution itself and we have felt it. It remains to be seen whether re-electing Maduro was what Venezuelan society really chose.”

This generated an avalanche of reactions among Internet users, among which comments such as: “It’s time to stop saying ‘Thank you Farid’ and start saying ‘Thank you Margarita'” stood out.

Other users criticized the stance, calling it a “arrogant opinion of a citizen” and argued that expressing a logical and well-founded comment should not be a cause for shame.
