Parents are suing a teacher at a Vladikavkaz kindergarten over a fracture sustained by their child, Liter.kz reports with reference to the Telegram channel Quality 15.

On July 29, the two-year-old boy was sent to the nursery group of kindergarten #176. The child was going through an adaptation period, and during the first week he was left there only for a few hours. On August 7, the mother decided to leave her son for a nap.

“At about 2:00 p.m. I saw the teacher. She said that my baby was sleeping. At 3:49 p.m. she texted me to pick up the child because he was crying. I immediately went to their group. When I entered the room where the changing lockers were, I saw the teacher changing my son’s shoes and saying that he had put his hand on the bed while sleeping, so we should keep an eye on him,” the child’s mother said.

The woman took her son to the emergency room. Doctors thought he had a dislocation, but an X-ray showed that the boy had a closed fracture of the left humerus. The teacher could not explain to the parents how this happened.

“The next day, my husband and I went to the head of the kindergarten. We wanted to look at the surveillance cameras. They recorded how the teacher grabbed the child by the left arm, dragged him a few meters and roughly threw him on the floor. The child started crying. And she went to do her own thing. Then they sat down to eat, and in the same recording you can see how the teacher poured hot food into his mouth, holding his head. She even slapped him! After sleep, the child came out of the bedroom crying, and he no longer moved his arm. The teacher put things on him. At the same time, when she put on a T-shirt, she confidently put her right hand through, and she already held her left hand, because she knew that something happened to the hand,” says the child’s mother.

The boy is at home, but he is monitored daily by traumatologists. A neurologist prescribed him sedatives. The child’s parents are preparing to appeal to the court.

“I work in the same kindergarten, but in a different group. That’s why I sent my son there. I thought nothing would happen to him there. But it turned out that my child spent a week with a monster,” the woman said.
