Milan are not doing well this season. Now the fate of Stefano Pioli is in question.
Milan have struggled to impress this season. The Rossoneri were eliminated from the Champions League group stage and are 11 points behind Inter at the top of the Italian championship.
Milan’s problem lies precisely in the aspect of player injuries and the inadequate performance of the covering. This inevitably puts Pioli’s fate at stake.

Former Italian coach, Fabio Capello, believes that firing Pioli will not bring many benefits. He asked Pioli to find a solution.
“Now it makes no sense to change coach, but Pioli must find a solution,” Capello told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Continuing like this is not good. We need to understand where to act: defense, midfield, attack. Two years ago Pioli had a difficult midfield, with Tonali, Kessie, Bennacer, Calhanoglu”, he continues.
Capello understands very well that the midfield and defense are the main problems. These two sectors have many injured players, but Capello will start thinking about planning a scheme based on the availability of the players.
“But firing Pioli now won’t do much good,” Capello underlined.
