In the same context, the Minister stated that King Mohammed VI devoted a significant part of the last Throne Speech to developments in the Gaza Strip, which reflects the special interest and personal follow-up that His Majesty has always given to the Palestinian cause.

He also highlighted, on the other hand, the importance of the partnership and cooperation between Morocco and Palestine in the cultural field, stressing that the two countries are determined to activate a set of programs and conclude agreements, especially in the field of cultural industry.

He also noted the tangible field projects carried out by the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency, the executive arm of the Al-Quds Committee, that bring economic and social benefits to the people of Jerusalem and the Palestinian people.

During this meeting, Bensaid gave his Palestinian counterpart an overview of the projects launched by Morocco in the field of cultural and creative industries, and their importance in supporting and stimulating the economy, and creating jobs, especially among young people.

The meeting was also an opportunity to discuss the exchange of expertise, experiences and skills, in order to bring the cultures of the two brotherly peoples of Morocco and Palestine closer together, as well as to highlight the need to update the executive program for cooperation between Morocco and Palestine in the cultural field, in addition to cooperation in the field of digitizing books and manuscripts and placing the Moroccan experience at the disposal of our brothers in Palestine.
