The above violations, according to the inspection agency, have caused serious consequences, risked great damage to State money and property, caused bad public opinion, reduced the prestige of the Party organization and local government, to the point of requiring disciplinary action.
Personal responsibility for the above violations and shortcomings belongs to him. Duong Van Thaiformer Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary, Party Delegation Secretary, Chairman of People’s Council (expelled from the Party).
Along with that, the Central Inspection Committee also pointed out the violations of the following gentlemen and ladies: Le Anh DuongDeputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Le Thi Thu HongStanding Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Le O PichVice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Lai Thanh Sonformer Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Trinh Huu Thangformer Director of Department of Planning and Investment; Bui The Sonformer Director of the Department of Transport; Tran Xuan DongDeputy Director of the Department of Transport, former Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board; Hoang Van ThanhDeputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of Yen Dung District People’s Committee, former Director of the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Traffic and Agricultural Works; Nguyen Kim Phuongformer Head of the Economic and Budget Committee of the People’s Council of Bac Giang province, and a number of other party organizations and party members.
After review, the Central Inspection Commission decided to issue a disciplinary warning to the Party Executive Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee for the 2021-2026 term and the following individuals: Le Anh Duong, Le Thi Thu Hong, Le O Pich, and Hoang Van Thanh.
The disciplinary measure of reprimand applies to the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee for the 2016-2021 term, the Party Delegation of the Bac Giang Provincial People’s Council for the 2021-2026 term and the following individuals: Lai Thanh Son, Trinh Huu Thang, Bui The Son, Tran Xuan Dong, and Nguy Kim Phuong.
Along with requesting competent authorities to consider and discipline the Standing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, the Central Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the timely correction of violations and shortcomings pointed out; and discipline related party organizations and party members.
