The Investigative Committee of Armenia informs about a mass brawl in the city of Abovyan, which took place with the participation of employees of one of the passenger transport companies, and also with the use of weapons. More specifically, a dozen or more employees attacked a citizen who apparently tried to transport passengers from Yerevan to Abovyan in his car.

Of course, this can be assumed from the message distributed by the investigative committee, which is also accompanied by a video. The video clearly shows how in broad daylight, in a public open place, with a bitter irony of fate or a sad symbolism, in the Constitution Square, they chase a citizen, block the way of his car with their cars, and see self-judgment. The shooter has been arrested and other participants are being sought. A simple question arises: will the Republic of Armenia, which, according to Prime Minister Pashshinyan, for the first time as a state deal with whitefish, deal with various manifestations of the criminal subculture as a state and solve the issue of eradicating that subculture or culture?

For example, is the parliamentary majority, which fights from morning to night about geopolitical courage, able to go after the implementation of the law it has adopted with the same courage and fight against the manifestation of the criminal subculture in Armenia not only with words, but also with deeds, to eradicate this phenomenon in practice, not just in demonstration? If anyone thinks that from the point of view of state security, the phenomenon I mentioned above is less important than the rhetoric about geopolitical “will”, then, to put it mildly, they are seriously mistaken. And moreover, those states are capable of anything in geopolitics, which are capable of forming a proper culture of law and public relations in their own territory.
